You have the option to Move figures (people pets) from one holiday snap to another with the designer in the editing room, add or change the background, or design your own all at no additional cost to you all you pay for is your custom/bespoke portrait.

Then once you are completely happy with your design, we need your approval to pass over to an artist to make a start on your portrait. Whatever medium you choose; Oil (most popular), Acrylic, Pastel, pencil, colour pencil, charcoal your edited design will be passed over to an artist that specialises in the medium you have chosen.

Then it is the same approval process as when you started with one of our designers in the editing room.

We have a multi – tiered approval process so that we mitigate any possible errors before your portrait is shipped.

Once your portrait is finished you will be emailed an online proof for you to analyse. At this this point if you wish to make modifications (before the paint dries) then please feel free as the artist will do so for you. You can make as many mods as you wish at this point until you are completely happy for us to ship to you. Just give us your approval, then, as soon as the painting is dry we will frame, wrap and ship out to you.

Lovecustomart.com will then (once approved by yourself) ship internationally or domestically to your door via FedEx or DHL depending on where you are.

We tend to Favor FedEx in the States and DHL over the pond in UK and Europe.
